Blueberry was a property management group based in Pretoria managing various office and property developments in the region. With a particular emphasis on accounting practices we developed systems on top of existing suppliers databases that they did not or would not supply. In addition there was integration with pre-paid meter systems for the purchase and viewing of previous pepaid electricity purchases.

Tontrac is in the business of creating software to facilitate the movement of product within the mining industry and the management of product on site. We were the project managers and programmers at the time creating complex systems to manage wieghbridges for trucks and trains and manage product coming of conveyors via weightometers. The work we did helped them become the successful company they are today.

CareerLink was a recruitment company based in Pretoria. Our system was a web developed system that facilitated the entry of individual CV’s in a clean manner. The system in the backend had a search engine for candidates and produced the candidate pack for the business in a clean and accurate manner for clients looking for employees.

DjSyndico Fractional Management System
This program was similar in nature to the MagicBreakaways system. Owners’ had the ability to swop weeks between each other and other properties in the portfolio. The system was later sold to the Leisure options group.

Document management, document scanning
Storafile Document Management
We took over this software from its previous developers that abandoned the system. Essentially this is a document scanning system that allows for the scanning and correcting of documents. It integrated OCR software to get a text view of the document that is later used to retrieve and search for clients documents electronically. The system also allowed data capturers to capture data from scanned images which ultimately was also used to find documents later.
Elephant Lifting Certificates
This software facilitates the creation and searching of certificates for lifitng equipment sold to large clients. Clients also have the means to login and retrieve certificates. The program allows for storage of inspectors signatures to be embedded into PDF certificates generated from the web software. The software also allows to combine many certificates into a single PDF for ease of giving to clients.

We took over the creation and development of the website after the client struggled with other designers for more then a year. Alternative Dispute Resolution Network
This web based software system automates the process of ADR in the South African Legal System. Users of this system are able to facilitate the mediation process between parties via automated creation of forms, including invoicing and receipting. With the new directive by Courts to do ADR before a case comes to court, this system will become critical to the market.
The system includes management of CPD points for mediators as well.

Pitalamatla is a website for a home offered for rental on the Vaal dam. Its purpose is to be an addition to the AirBnb link for the property that potential customers can see even more images and get a better sense of the property than is available through the standard listing.
